Builders, as well as Takealot are selling Connex Connext home automation electronics. I bought a twinpack motion sensors on the 18th and have been struggling ever since to make anything work. Their website is broken, their customer service only replies via the app (not email), and you keep going in circles.
Pls read All the previous reviews! Had the exact same call. Some Afrikaans dude telling me that I have an indirect JSE trading portfolio that I am earning 7% on via a my current investment broker, and that they just want to expose it and show me how I can earn up to 40% return from that portfolio. When I started asking questions the person became slightly hostile and rude. And I dared to call them liberty at some point and he was very quick to keep correcting me that it’s liberté. He could give me no information about who opened this supposed portfolio in my name or when. Then started asking me questions about who I invest with and where I bank etc etc. I clammed up and said I’m not willing to answer those questions. Then tried to get me to agree to a face2face meeting with a consultant. As we have been thinking of trading for some time, I reluctantly agreed. The consultant arrived in some cheap ass little car. And he talked for an hour about how trading on the JSE worked. How if you agree to work with them, THEY would fund you 5000 to start trading. And you pay for the service they provide per month. It all sounds ridiculously interesting and easy. But I have learned through hard lessons not to make quick decisions. I made him leave and said I will contact him again. And started googling. I have not found 1 single good review for this business. Not 1. The whole call about JSE was just to get their foot in the door. I find this whole thing suspect and unethical. Please have a cool head and don’t fall for people like this. Do your own research.
I have not had many interactions with iBuyEco over the term of my policy. They take premium. I am covered. Presumably.

About a month ago I tried to log into the website [URL Removed] and could not. My login details were correct as far as I am aware, but as soon as you submit, it went to a very very old version of the DialDirect website which told me I don't exist. I phoned their service department, and was promptly transferred to Budget Insurance Online Support. Whomever they are! They said they would look into the matter, but I never ever good feedback.

Today I had windscreen damage, and decided I will try the website again. This time I could not get to the login at all, told me my login details were incorrect. So I tried a password reminder instead, giving my ID number. Only for the website to tell me my ID is not valid. Seriously?!

So I phoned the call centre again. Thought I'd register my claim over the phone. The dude that picked up the phoned asked me for my ID or policy number, so I gave him my ID. And then he said \this is a business policy". WHAT?! WHERE?! How does a business have an ID number?

What next? Are they even skilled?"""
I bought several \Emergency Light Bulbs"from MAKRO this past weekend.
The packaging claims that \""Light stays ON during power failure\"" - which it does not.
It goes further to state \""The light will remain ON / can be switched on when the power is cut off\"""
