I recently had a frustrating experience with Toys R Us that left me highly disappointed. After being charged for an item, I was informed that the charge couldn't be reversed and that a cash deposit would be made instead. However, when I went to the ATM to retrieve the funds, the machine malfunctioned, leaving me without my refund. This issue required the bank to conduct an investigation, which took several days, adding to the inconvenience. Despite my repeated requests for compensation due to the hassle and delay, the store refused to offer anything beyond the refund itself. The entire process was poorly managed, and the customer service was unsatisfactory. I expected better from a brand like Toys R Us. I would advise others to be cautious and prepared for potential issues when dealing with refunds at this store.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Wheelfin. After being provided with a car that needed a new battery, I was told that it would only take 40 minutes to get a replacement. I had to drive all the way to their location, expecting a quick fix. However, after waiting for 40 minutes, they then informed me that the battery would not be available until the next day. This delay caused me to miss a funeral, which was something I could not afford to miss. The lack of communication and disregard for my time was unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
