Very pleased with the level of service received from Daren at Avant Garde Autobody. My car was in for repairs and he has been very helpful from day one. I'm also happy with the job they did on my car. It's as good as new
My first major claim since I've been with them from 2022 but I'm not happy with the back and forth. My car was involved in an accident on the 8th of August and the only thing i've been getting from their side is lies. My car was towed more than 30kms away from me, and i had to find this out through my vehicle tracker. After finally making peace with the location of the car and the lies about where the car was assessed, I'm still failing to get the car repaired because no authorization letter is being sent to the relevant dealer where the car is even after confirming with the person in charge of the claim on the 14th of August for the car to be fixed at Avant Guarde. Days later i call and I enquire why no authorization letter was sent to Avant Guarde and I'm told that the person in charge of the claim is on leave. I call more than 5times on a daily basis since the claim but there's still no progress and i feel as though my claim is not treated with urgency. I'm without a car and spending too much on public transport. I'm very disappointed at the level of service I'm receiving. I don't get any updates from Mi Way, instead I'm the one who makes a lot of calls daily ever since the claim.
