My life direct are *******.
So this company has been operating without paying their staff for months, every week it this week however, from experience with my brother working here I can honestly say actual facts. This company is run by an idiot called Dean Padayachee, his wife Christen is also on the scene doing wat God knows. The staff are at a point now where they have mental health issues. When I had spoken with the Dean I was threatened, I have supported my brother for 2 months, but God knows how Dean has been living. Also rented my brother a laptop. Yet Dean has the ability to ask me how's this non payment is affecting me.i am going to show you what message this fool had sent me " just who the hell do you think you are?" I have no dealing with you. Try speaking to my wife and see. I flipping don't take lighty to your damn messages so do me a ****** favour staybthe hell out of my business. So i had being told after cancelling a policy, with 1life in January this year that they could not refund me after cancelling a life cover which is cose to 900 per month that 1 Life was taking even though the policy was cancelled. Yes i was silly for not paying attention that they were constantly debiting me. Anyways, i spoke with the cancellation department and was advised that they would not refund me any of what wat debited. At which point I said i have a funeral cover as well can they put the money that was paid in the excess of 5K since Jan this year. I said to the nice lady Cathy who was trying to assist me. but came back unsuccessful. Then i mailed the umbuds and a gentleman named Corne Van Zyl. Honestly speaking had it not been for him or Cathy i would not ever consider 1 life for anything. But to their kindness i will support 1 life. Remember to the person on the other end of the line, All the client wants is a bit of understanding and empathy, nothing else if i could teach a sale especially an insurance tele salesperson something is the person that people want to speak with. if you Gona act like u are above everyone else no one would trust you and u will never get any sales. Take a page out of Cathy and Corne's chat with me. Thats whom i would buy insurance from.
