Unhappy customer, I went to checkers hyper in Montana on the 21aug2024 to buy panado syrup(cherckers brand) and it was the second one, when I walk out the store I check the expired date it was expired on 01 2024, the first bottle I bought on the 7th same month and my son finish the first bottle, I spoke to the manager on the phone explain the situation and he said I must come, when I went to the store I spoke to Shaun he said Charles sent him because his in the meeting, then I explained again to Shaun what happened, so I told him this is the second bottle and I told him my son is not better that is why i buy another bottle one, what if that bottle I bought the first is also expired what now..., I told Shaun that I'm going to take my done to the Doctor then will find the clarity, He said to me your Doctor must also do some test, fill the necessary forms and the company lawyers will check...I was feeling threatened thecway he said or because I am a young black lady. I refund the medicine and left. On my way to work i called their head office in centurion i spoke to the receptionist she transferred the call to the second person i explained again she said let me transfer to the relevant person, i spoke to an Indian lady the time she said she want to transfer the call again i got angry and tell her to find the right person to talk to she took my details and I never had anything from her/them that's very poor customer service . If i could find the stock that is expired 7 months ago on the shelf is possible that my Son could drink an expired medicine. Some people didn't do their job and is not my fault and my son cannot take the fall. I WANT CHECKERS MONTANA TO FIX THIS 😩
