I booked a table for 13 people and made direct payment of R350 per person right away to secure our table for a party on 7 September. Beefcakes communicated back on 14 and 16 August, never mentioning anything about them closing and got the payment. On 21 August I receive a sms and email from Dineplan then my reservation is cancelled due to Beefcakes closing. No mention of refunding me. I tried calling them and sending WhatsApps and no one is coming back to me. This is really upsetting as they have over R4000 which we could spend on our Bride 2 be. I want better communication and I want my (our parties) money refunded ASAP.
