Communication non-existent
Hello literally no one. Apparently everyone disappeared into thin air when beefcakes closed and communication is no longer a word in the dictionary. Could someone please get back to me regarding my refund? The booking was for the CPT branch, bachelorette party on 17 Aug under “Amber”. While I absolutely loved beefcakes, I’m so sad to see the way they had to go down. No last hoorah or public comms regarding the closure 😢 Please could you get back to me regarding the refund for 8? I’d really appreciate any acknowledgment- thank you!!

Closed... No warning
Paid for my deposit- 2k and the day before the event we found out they closed... Advised we would receive a refund within 24 hours.. This has not happened. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic, completely non existent and its also disgusting that they would take out money knowing they closing down. PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!!

Closed... No warning
Paid for my deposit- 2k and the day before the event we found out they closed... Advised we would receive a refund within 24 hours.. This has not happened. Beefcakes terrible communication and not paying back my money
I booked a table for 13 people and made direct payment of R350 per person right away to secure our table for a party on 7 September. Beefcakes communicated back on 14 and 16 August, never mentioning anything about them closing and got the payment. On 21 August I receive a sms and email from Dineplan then my reservation is cancelled due to Beefcakes closing. No mention of refunding me. I tried calling them and sending WhatsApps and no one is coming back to me. This is really upsetting as they have over R4000 which we could spend on our Bride 2 be. I want better communication and I want my (our parties) money refunded ASAP.

Beefcakes terrible communication and not paying back my money

This establishment supposedly closed with immediate effect (heard via a friend) but have issued no formal communication to their patrons who have booked events with them far in advance. I paid a 5k deposit to them on 30 July for an event to be held on 31 August and have received no form of communication from them regarding a refund. Honestly pathetic.
