I signed up last year around October 2023 for a pocket router with two Sims, they added their own things (showmax & stuff). I called them, it got fixed. This year around April 2024 I sent an email for cancelation due to loss of income, they kept on debiting my account,I went to telkom offices, they said they can not assist me,I need to contact those people directly and failed to provide me with their contact details, then someone from their offices called me. I made payment arrangements with them by then I was owing R540 to them & 0 to the bank, came month end I paid R100 which was the agreement, but still they did not cancel and did not deduct that amount either, been trying to contact them with no luck of assistance, their still debiting my account till date and I now owe them R1200 and I owe the bank R250 for bounced debit orders.
