We returned droplinks we ordered from the company it. It didn't fit into the car and called them to cancel the transaction. We went to the courier to send it back to them. They acknowledged receipt of the product. When they were supposed to pay us they relayed and made excuses and requested information about the matter which was irrelevant. When they finally decided to pay us they said that they charge a 15% handling fee and we'll get our refunds between 7 to 10 days. We vowed to never purchase from them again.
