Happy Customer
Thank you for my mobile food trailer. I love it. The build quality is fantastic. It’s spacious inside and the cooking equipment installed nicely. Took a little longer than expected but with load shedding and all of South Africa’s challenges I think every business is battling to hit targets. Thank you Rayne, Linda and everyone else at Trailers Unlimited. Rayne gave me a few pointers and advice upon collection regarding wrapping, menu ideas etc etc.

Frustrated and Disappointed
End of June 2023 I ordered a mobile catering trailer from Trailers Unlimited and paid a 50% deposit immediately.. Linda told me I can expect to have the trailer in 35-40 working days. Well we are now approaching 5 months (100 working days +/-) since the order was placed. They don’t communicate and only time I get some communication full of excuses is when I make a scene. I am incredibly frustrated with Trailers Unlimited. I regret doing business with them. They keep using the excuse of load shedding which I would understand if we were on advanced stages of load shedding all the time but that hasn’t been the case. I ordered the trailer in June in order to be ready for the Christmas markets in November and December Well looks like that’s not happening. Oh and when you contact them via Facebook for an update they block you.
