Good day Good people please be aware of Pep when there's incidents inside the store footage are deleted. I wrote incident that happened to my mom and asked for footage. I waited for a month and three weeks for a footage. And on the same day the incident happened the cameras where recording and saved the footage. The only feedback I get was no footage. I did investigation from my side find out that the culprit deleted the footage. Be careful guys shop 8535 PEP next to Shoprite at Mankweng they rob customers and is an ongoing thing and no actions has been taken against them.
I am so heartbroken to write this. My mom was ****med at PEP shop 8535 at Mankweng (Limpopo)on the 5th of March 2025. Email was send to pepcustomercare for complaint it took the a while to respond. Dimakatso the store manager does nothing to help for the incident. Winnie the cashier made my mom to change the pin three times. The money was withdrawn on the same day at ABSA at Mankweng. Almari branch manager called me after sending another email say I will take the issue to the media. I asked for footage and I was told that the Plug and Plugs guys are on leave not everyone will be on leave. Is now a month and three weeks today Almari send me screen shot not sure if is from internet or not saying no footage what the **** I have been waiting for a month now you came up saying no footage. I was so patient and from the 5 March today is 23 April and one of the staff member is just I forgot her name she said at PEP people are always ****med and no actions has been taken. R1900 is a lot of money my mom she must be refunded and they also forced her to buy R30 airtime to call Absa. On the 1st of April Almari forward me the message from one of the staff at the store saying plug and Plugs they came to the shop for footage what made them to take so long to comeback to me with feedback. I will be my mom's voice and I am planning to take any legal actions against PEP at Mankweng and channel 157 will also be involved to be my mom's voice. I need this thing of robbing our parents, brother and sister to stop. They are use to this and is a habit as they no that if they say no footage you will sit back and say ok is fine. Me I am not is either my mom get refund or we do it in a hard way Dimakatso she doesn't deserve to be the manager she is so useless Thanks Rosinah

There's two sales person that called me today. Their tone of the voice was excellent and their service regarding advise for new product was by Mr Ford and his service was excellent
