I am extremely upset with my experience with this company. I made an online purchase and chose the option to pick up the item. They eventually sent me a message stating that I could go pick it up. However, after driving 45 to the store, I was told they did not have the item in stock. Instead, they offered me a returned item with an insultingly low discount of 5%. Not wanting to drive back home empty-handed, I reluctantly accepted. When I got home, I discovered they hadn’t even repackaged the item properly. One of the component packages was ripped at the top, and as I picked it up, the item fell out of the bottom of the package. Fortunately, it doesn’t seem damaged. HI-FI Corp, how can you tell someone to pick up an item you don’t even have in stock? I will never buy from you again.
I just bought an e book from them to study for a test I am writing tomorrow, they took my money but their website only says pending payment. I am very disappointed as the only reason I bought an e book and not a physical is so that I can have it immediately to study today. I tried to call but there was no answer it is Sunday so this is understandable but if you want fast delivery on your E Books don't buy from these people.
