Nwj withholds items from customers with no feedback
I purchased earlier this year online but I have still not received the item. I was in contact with a lady named Melissa who was assisting me but she stopped reply to any emails. After the liquidation I did not receive any feedback from anyone I contacted. I then managed to get ahold of the liquidators and have been speaking to a lady named Laila, but she is also not taking any phone calls or answering any messages. This is extremely ridiculous. The companies in charge should atleast give us some feedback regarding purchases. At this moment is it basically like our money was ****** from us. Considering NWJ was such a reputable company, this is a complete dissapointment to all the customers that are still waiting for feedback.

Nwj holding items already paid for.
