Bad service
Debit hold and Tymebank that isnt helpfull Don't even know why I should give a star. Yesterday when I needed to make an urgent payment my card didn't even want to add to the payment option , so i called and ask for someone to call me back today cause i don't have airtime the lady said no she doesn't want to call me back, I called again and find out that there is a debit hold on my account that i wasn't even informed about i have bills to pay and no one could have help me or informed me on why there is a debit hold on my account up till now I never had issues with tymebank But this is low .I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank with them , Tymebank you can transfer my money to a different bank i will give another account , I need my account to be opened i have bills to pay today, I called i wasted my airtime again for no one to help me , yesterday there were a different story why there is a debit hold and today there is 10 different stories, i ask to speak to someone in management but no they didn't want me to speak to someone in charge.No one can call me back when I ask for a call back due to i don't have airtime and cant buy because my account is blocked,no one wants to help me. I wasn't even informed about this the reason why there is a debit hold.I please need help urgently to open my account

I was there on the 1 June 2024, pnp clothing accuse me of *****ing police never found any items in my stuff, the manager of pnp clothing is so rude she took clothes from the rails and said I stole them there is no video footage of me taking anything , the banned me from the mall the night guard security every time i am in the mall the follow me and on that day they harassed me and there were no women in the room they took me just men there were 10 men night guard security guards with me i was the only women they even tried to **** me. I have called and send emails to Irene village mall but no response and i have send emails to night guard security and have tried to call but no one gets back to me.
