BMW Supertech Group: panel beating devision is definitely a no go for anyone

I have never experienced such poor service, delays and replacement of unjustified bumper. My car was hit from behind with minor scratches on the boot and bumper with only a boot not opening when opened with a remote or from inside the car. First, Supertech did not fix the boot in two months but went ahead and added replacement of bumper with minor scratches as opposed to painting it as the scratches were so small and no lights were affected. In the two months my car battery power depleted and now they want me to pay for its replacement while the car is in their possession. To make things worse, my Standard bank insurance has not done anything to intervene even after raising a complaint with them for close to a month
