I have bought a few vehicles in my life and have never had such a horrible experience as with Group 1. Bought a vehicle cash and drove 400km in 2 weeks only to breakdown. After massive arguments with Leonard and George about the faulty vehicle, it took more that 2 weeks to get it back. This was honestly the worst experience in my life.
I have had a policy with Sanlam for years. I was medically boarded from my work, due to neurological illness. I have submitted a claim and the experience has been the worst and has already affected me negatively. It has been 6 months and they just keep on stalling with requesting the same documents over and over again. People, stay away from Sanlam. They don’t deliver what they promise.
