Elektra Water Bottles - S&P Africa: Faulty and Poor Customer Service

I’ve purchased several electric water bottles, but unfortunately, they’ve all stopped working after just a few weeks. I've emailed technical@sp-africa.com multiple times but haven’t received any response. After reading other reviews, I discovered that many customers have faced similar issues, including reports of the bottles exploding while charging. Although Mellaware water bottles are pricier, I've heard they are much more reliable! Don't waste your money on Elektra Water Bottles or buy for S&P Africa.
