Pay my deposit back.
I was ambushed out of the house by their agent Letago Ndlovu, a bully, proper procedures were not followed, I took them to housing tribunal, nonetheless I left the place. I don't owe you anything. She is now playing duck and dive games when she is meant to pay me my deposit back. Naked Properties pay me my deposit back, it is ******* to keep my deposit and you know that...

They want to ********ly evict us. I defaulted my April rent, I recieved an eviction notice on the 21May 2024,on the notice it stated that I should move out by 31st August.I went to the agent to make an arrangement to pay, which we both agreed on, I payed on the 24th of May 2024 as per arrangement. On the 25th May 2024 she sent a text that the landlord would like to continue with the current lease(I have proof of this text). The arrangement(payment plan) was meant to end in August. I payed all that was owed to them, only to recieve an email on the 21st of August that my lease is terminated. I responded back to her to say how so because the notice for May was null and void(because of the text that she sent on the 25th) I then decided to take the matter to rental tribunal housing in Ikusasa house. They opened a case, called her so we can meet the next day for a mediation. She agreed, she even proposed time for the meeting. The next day, an hour before the meeting, she sends a message that she can't make it for the meeting. She sent me an email too(on the day)that I should move out by 6pm today as per notice. I showed them at the mediation, they called her and told her that, that is ********, she can't lock us out. She was also told that she needs a court order to evict us. It was then suggested that she gives us until end October so we can gather funds to move out, she refused. The matter has been moved to the next stage and guess what... She has now cut off our electricity. All this because she refuses to admit that she forgot about that text. I feel bul**** by her, I have kids in the house.... If the matter is under dispute why bully us out, they know the law, why do this... Only because she wants to exercise her power on us...

We have a dispute of eviction, I took them to rental tribunal housing in Ikusasa house, they scheduled a meeting with her(agent)which they gave her an opportunity to dictate time that will work for her, to avail themselves on the 30th August 2024. She never came, instead sent an email an hour before the meeting that they can't make it.She sent me an email(same morning) to say I must move out(side note, I don't owe them) She claims the lease eviction notice was given on the 21 May 2024 to vacate on the 31August,but FORGOT that on the 25 May 2024 she said the landlord would like to continue with the lease(I have it in writing), now she wants to ********ly vacate us, no court order was recieved, she also cut off our electricity. I feel bul**** by her only because she won't admit to her mistake. I also don't want to stay here anymore, all I'm asking for is a proper notice where I will gather funds properly and move out.
