Unprofessional and Unreliable Moving Company - Avoid at All Costs!

I had the misfortune of booking this moving company a week in advance, confirming the time and date multiple times. However, on the day of the move, the company's unprofessionalism and lack of reliability became glaringly apparent. Despite my reminders, the mover consistently postponed the scheduled appointment, claiming he was helping someone at the storage house. Three hours later, he finally finished, but instead of arriving as agreed, he took on another client, assuring me it would be a quick job. The cherry on top was when he told me that the more I called and tried to hold him accountable, the more time he would waste before arriving. This was the final straw, and I was forced to cancel and find an alternative moving company. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT hire this company. They prioritize maximizing profits over customer satisfaction, taking on too many clients at once and lying about their availability. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable moving company that respects your time and business.
