So disappointed in the unprofessional and poor service received. We booked 2 rooms, and were only informed as we arrived that it was double booked. We were then given 2 alternative rooms where there was no light in the bathroom, toilet tank cover was missing and was shocked to discover a rat infestation! This is a major health and hygiene concern! The second room was not even clean, untidy, no clean towels which clearly shows that they didn’t service the room after their guests checked out. The reception just always has excuses. Angel Guesthouse is in desperate need of proper hospitality guidelines and training.
First insurance ever and I’ve never had a problem from the start date. Very reliable and a professional team! Shout out to Siyamtanda Vanqa - she assisted with a lower premium and just overall made my day! So elegant and efficient. 👏🏽
