I bought girls grey and pink sneaker and they delivered a blue boys shoe. I then took it clearwater timberland store and they informed me to exchange it online. Same Saturday I wrote 2 emails to Daniel and there were no responses. I then wrote two other emails to Nombuso the following day and she rep**** a day later. She gave me a run around asking for a lot of thing until I told her that all the information she wants from me are already infron of her because I had already given her my order number. Then on Friday 2026-03-13 someone from courier company called and told me that he will collect the order on Monday because he works in witpoortjie and am in Lindhaven and this place is literally 5 minutes away. Today I take my phone and call him and he pretends like he doesn't know me. I no longer want the shoe exchanged, I want a refund this whole process has been draining and they are giving me a run around. So disappointed with Timberlandsa
I bought a plasma stand and it was delivered to me early this year then a few months later the door got out of the rail and I reported to the store in clearwater and the store sales person pretended to be assisting with logging a complaint and he didn't. A month later I went to bradlaws in maponya and it was logged and I received a reference saying that JD will contact me to arrange for collection and two months went by no call nothing . Today I called 3 times and they pretend to be assisting and they informed me that a guy by the name of redman from bradlaws maponya will contact me and give feedback in fifteen minutes a d nothing still.
