Cancel Ss-DVESITY debit order.

Please I need help. I want to cancel this debit order that they approved on my account. This Ss-DVESITY is a ****. They don't promote their insurance efficiently. The told us lies in order for them to look out money. I found this people at Attlyne Shopping center. I told them to cancel this thing of thiers they told me that it was cancelled but when I check my app is still there and active. I don't want it please can you help me to cancel it. They haven't took my money yet coz they didn't found any money in my account. So I'm afraid that they will take my child support grant money. I'm not working I'm depending on child support grant money so if they debit it I will be left with nothing. Help please 🙏
