They debited 369 from my account they didnt tell me there would be debits at the end of the month they said it was for a token incase of a bereavement then I'd have money to use if I qualified. There aas no mention of debits even after I had asked the sales rep. And now im currently trying to cancel it and they are giving me the run around and now they are not answering the phone. They refuse to refund my money back they are a bunch of ****s and ****mers!!!

Horrible service
This people approached me in a shopping center and made me to fill some documents not being aware that they are authorising a debit order on my behalf and said we will call you to discuss the grocery plan which they never did. I went to their office in Pretoria and they lady that assisted me was very rude and kept on saying that I approved the debit order. We work hard for our money to be just ****** by ****mers. Do better next time and market your business in an efficient way.

Cancel Ss-DVESITY debit order. Please I need help. I want to cancel this debit order that they approved on my account. This Ss-DVESITY is a ****. They stopped me in the street, told me and asked me to fill in the form to show that they talked to me and took my card and promised that they wont deduct anything but i was suspicious, but i was surprised by debit order of R349 that i do not know if its for what and i tried to cancelled bur could not ,They told me lies in order for them to get my detail. I found this people accross the Mall of Mthatha. I have been trying to call but i have no luck ,please help me to cancel this thing

They told me lies in order for them to get my detail. I found this people accross the PostOffice in Welkom. I told them to cancel this thing of thiers, they promised me that it was cancelled but when I check my app is still there and active. I don't want it please can you help me to cancel it.Help please 🙏

The told us lies in order for them to look out money. I found this people at Attlyne Shopping center. I told them to cancel this thing of thiers they told me that it was cancelled but when I check my app is still there and active. I don't want it please can you help me to cancel it. They haven't took my money yet coz they didn't found any money in my account. So I'm afraid that they will take my child support grant money. I'm not working I'm depending on child support grant money so if they debit it I will be left with nothing. Help please 🙏
