I'm soo disappointed with Capitec bank. Last week Friday morning on the 22nd of Sep 2023 I bought MTN data and airtime using my Capitec App but till today i didn't received my airtime and data when I contact capitec they keep telling me that it MTN problem but when I'm contacting MTN they told me that their don't have recharging issues and I believe MTN because I used different bank to recharge but I didn't have recharging problem. I'm just wondering how many people they having the same problem as mine. Capitec must pay back my money.
My name is Asanda Magwaza. I have a problem with Clientele Life. they send me an sms on the 22nd of June informing me that they will deduct the amount of R430.00 from my bank account and I was shocked because i don't have any account with them or policy. I emailed clientele to asked them what going on as im not working and i never give them my details and I also don't have an account with them. today on the 28th I received a call from them (Clientele) they told me that i gave my details to Ndumiso Makhoba which i don't even know whose that. When i tell the lady who called me she said if i didn't give IFA people my details I have to go to Police station and do the Affidavit explaining that I don't know them and send to Clientele. My worry is, it happened to my mother last year in 2021. Clientele Life took the my mother's money without her concerned and they told her the same thing that she must do the affidavit for them to stop the debit order. It is sad because I'm not working but and I will never give people my personal details to debit my bank account. My name is Philisiwe H Hlongwana. I applied for Pioneer Dept review in January 2021 because of my financial issues hoping that they will help me. We had an agreement of having an account with them from March 2021 and they promised they will contact all my creditors and inform them that im now under dept review so they must not debit my account from End of March 2021. End of March one of my creditors (Bayport) debited my account the amount of R5 750.43 and Pioneer Dept review also debited the agreement amount of R6 000.00. I end up left with R0.00 in my bank account. Before buying food for my kids and paying the basics things in life. I tried to contact Pioneer to assist me with this issue but not successed. On the 15th of April a lady called Londiwe Phakathi from Pioneer finance called me after trying several times to contact them and told me that Bayport promised them that they will refind me on the 9th of April but she will follow up with them. On the 19th of April I called Londiwe to follow up she told me that now shes trying to get hold of Bayport Legal Department manager to get my refund approval. I dont understand all this up and down stories. Im now sitting at home without food with kids and wondering what is going to happened end of April 2021. I will go through so much trouble again. They keep calling me and telling me that they will hand over my name and they deduct every cent in my account even though i'm not getting enough money from work. since we not working.

And I requested a payment break since April with Bayport as my salary was affected. But Bayport never worked with me as their loyal client but keep deducting every cent in my account. I cant even buy myself food this month. I'm very disappointed with them as this problem affect the whole world not just me. And I sent them all the necessary documents they require. But never get assisted.
Good Day, Please can you assist in 2009 I applied for debt review with Better Life Debt Review/Councillor than I cancelled them in 2012 after I realised that they were not paying my creditors as per agreement they number is no longer existing now (0443824037) but I manage to find their Registration which is NCRDC930 and the contact person their was Suzan De Beer. They were deducting 50% of my salary for 2 years agreement but never pay my creditors accordingly. Now I need them to clear my name under debt review as I can even get loans from the bank as I need to buy a house now since I manage to pay all my creditors by myself.
