Good day I bought a car through them, the service with the salesman was amazing,but when I took it for a road worthy with a Gold sticker it failed, due to an oil leak. I contacted them, I was told to get a quote and they would escalate it. Only to get a reply they not paying for it. In their sales pitch states if they tell you. About the problem and you buy it anyway, they not liable. I was not told it had an oil leak. I was told they have handed me over to an ombudsman which has never contacted me. I'm very upset.
