TV LICENCE HARASSMENT SMSES
I have received numerous complaints from a former employer about harassment smses that they are receiving with my name. I have called multiple times to have their number removed with no luck. They claim the number has been removed but I’m still getting complaints.

Debit order for a cancelled policy
I have been debited for a policy that I cancelled in less than 24 hours. This is totally unacceptable. I am having a horrible experience with this company. I cancelled the policies because I was misled to believe that I would have one policy that covers everything by the agent, only to find out there were three different debit order requests in my banking app. Which meant that I had been given three different policies and the total amount far exceeded the amount that was agreed upon.
