Pathetic Service- Mbali
I ordered a Gift for my nephew this week, and Mbali made Numerous promises on having the order delivered and will keep me informed every step of the way. From Tuesday till now, I had to follow up and NO communication on delivery of the item. I clearly articulated to Mbali order needed by Friday. The highlight of this company, is that Priority is given to larger orders placed by customers, based on Mbali sharing with me the driver did not collect my order because there was a bigger order to collect Pathetic Service, and rather pay more somewhere else than deal with level of Unprofessionalism!!!! I'm awaiting the feedback now on my Refund

JP WBC DOME- Pathetic SERVICE
JP from WBC Dome, Service is beyond Pathetic. He lies and is not Helpful in any way. Vehicle I purchased 1st week in September is still not transferred on my name even after there is messages regarding the transfere required by WBC due to JP Arrogant/ DONT GIVE A DAMN attitude. JP only tried calling me after the issue was escalated. WBC your Sales teams ,need to be the Ambassadors for your Brand clearly this is not the CASE!!!!!
