On the 24 July 2024 my car was booked for Panelbeaters and my insurance rented me a courtsey car from First Car Rental company reference number 4459854 . On the 06 August 2024 I was involved in an accident while driving the courtsey car from First Car Rental company, Accident report number: e3471/9999/08/2024. I notified the First Car Rental about the incident and explained to them that the car is not driveable it was bumped on the left side on the front wheel. They asked me to send the pictures of car and of the one I was involved with which I did. They booked me a breakdown vehicle to tow the car to their depot and l paid the fee for the breakdown, when I arrived at their depot office I was told to pay an access amount of R5272, 80 including the admin fee. Which l paid. On the 23 January 2026 I was called into my HR office when I arrived I was handed over the summons documents which stated that the driver I was involved in an accident with, institutes action against me and the document states that I have to file with the clerk of court in the magistrate' court for the sub district of Randburg held at Randburg. On 23 January 2026 l sent an email to First Car Rental informing them about the matter. I made some follow-up with them and on the 30 January 2026 I received an email from them stating that "they will relook at the claim against on Monday and revert" until today I'm still waiting. I urgently need assistance because the 20 days notice will be ending on the 11 February 2026. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
I logged a call with eskom call Centre on behalf of my mom in 2022 for a meter box fault, mter number 07031951663, the electrician came and removed the box and placed the new one without the key pad box and told my mother that they will be back to bring the key pad, Reference number 495653529. No one came to bring the key pad for the meter box. I made a follow up with eskom I was told that there was a shortage of key pads, they will bring it when they have the key pads. No one came, this year September 2025 my mom visited Mutale eskom office to asked about the key pad she was supposed to received since 2022, she was told that she must pay R 6052-00 because she was not buying electricity since 2022. She explained that she logged a call they brought the meter box without key pad and promised to bring the key pad and they never did come back. She was told that if it happened that there will be a problem with her meter or pole meter before paying that amount no one will help her. I helped her to pay the money that R6052 because she was stressed out. After she paid the electrian came on the 26 September 2025 to remove the previous meter and place the new one with the key pad meter number 22250967696, and told to visit Mutale eskom office to register meter, she visited the office waited on the queue until 16h00, she returned home without being assisted. The other problem is that when she bought the electricity for R100, the units are consumed without 2 days. she is using electricity for lights and fridge only, she uses firewood for cooking. She wants her pole meter to be checked, I called eskom today to log a call, I was on hold for more than 2hours, when I was in the middle of the conversation with the call Centre agent, she was complaining that my line is bad but I was hearing her colleagues another than her. The line went off. My mom need assistance urgently for the pole line meter to be checked, my mom is very old. She doesn't know how to log a call. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
I regret my decision to put my trust on my financial advisor, I resign from a government department in 2022, I contacted liberty explaining that I resigned I don't want to withdraw my pension fund, I want to preserve it until I reach the age of 55yrs. Liberty informed me that to transfer the fund, I have to go through the financial advisor which I have from standard bank as liberty and standard bank work together. I contacted my financial advisor, we met he explained me the application procedure, within 3 months signed the required documents, He told me that he will submit to my HR, the process was dragging until he said the HR need me in person. I visited my HR, they gave me the GEPF forms took the forms to my financial advisor standard bank. We both signed the GEPF required forms. My financial advisor took the forms back to my HR. The HR submitted the forms to GEPF.and the fund was transferred to liberty account on the 23 of July 2024 before the new system (two pot) started. Since July last year I don't have a portfolio of my fund with liberty. I do not have a contract with liberty which shows that I have opened a presentation fund account with liberty and my fund was transferred to liberty I have nothing. Liberty asked me to visit GEPF with some required documents which supposed to be signed by GEPF, GEPF refused to sign the documents stating that the fund is already transferred to Liberty account, there are no documents they have to sign. GEPF gave me the proof of payment and the acknowledgement of receipt of the money received from Liberty. Because GEPF refused to sign the documents that liberty wants, I requested liberty to reverse the money, then liberty is asking me to get a letter from GEPF stating that they are requesting for refund or reversal. Note well GEPF is not the one request ing for refund its me because liberty is saying if GEPF is not signing the required documents, liberty will not sign a contract with me. That's the reason I want the money to be reversed or refunded to GEPF or they give me my money because the transfer transaction took place before the two pot system. . it's been a while since last year without assistance I need your assistance urgently to reverse the fund to GEPF or to withdraw the fund.. Thank you.
I contacted liberty wanting to get some information about how to transfer my pension fund to liberty preversation fund. They advised me to do it through financial advisor, they referred me to the one who assisted me when I bought my house , I contacted him towards February 2023. The year 2023 ended without any assistance. In March 2024 l went to my HR, they gave me the forms to be completed by me and my financial advisor. I took the forms to my financial advisor on the 03 March 2024 to complete the forms and also to sign. He submitted the forms to my HR. My HR asked him to come and fill in some uncompleted information I didn't know which information to be completed. My HR submitted the completed forms to GEPF. The money has been paid on the 26 July 2024. I asked my financial advisor what is the way forward as the money has been paid, he told me that he is waiting for the directives from SARS. I emailed him to find out how far with the directives, he did not respond to my email, I whatsapp his assistant, she also did not responded to me. I need assistance, it's being too long since last year February.
