Bad service

I have placed a order on the 19/08/2024 NU3255. I have send an email on the 27/08/2024 to follow up on my order as they stated delivery would take 7 to 10 days. I only received a reference number that stated I would get assistance within 48 hours. It's almost a month now and still I did not get my order or a reply from Nu Season. I did not get a tracking number or even update on the process of my order. I cannot complain about the service, as there is no service. There website is also down since then.
