Unfair treatment.

I have experienced a bad service. On the 2024/9/4. Their driver crashed onto my car on the left side mirror and a dent has been formed. And the rim has formed last it's shape. The accident report was done the driver Derrick was cooperative with me and the police.The manger Tony has been brushing me off everytime I call for feed back. It's now Monday and his not gotten back to me. And this is my only transport. When I called the manger he claimed he was not told. But the driver said he told him everything that happened and has the accident report is with him. It's been difficult for me to get to work I leave faraway. And I can't use a car without a mirror.
