If there was a 20 star rating, I would have given that without the twinkling of an eye. From the bottom of my heart I just want to give a sincere thank you to Dr Terri Shields, Sr Bridget Sardi, Annelize Byleveldt, from reception to all the nurses, everyone who assists all pets in whatever manner, everything you do is appreciated and not taken for granted. You guys are the absolute best and I know my pets are in the bestest hands! Greatest Vet Hospital and Specialist Referral Centre ever!!

I just want to thank Dotsure and Tamly Mostert who handled my claim towards my precious Ivy. I have always always had top notch service from Dotsure and have been with them for 7 years. Simply the best pet insurance and not 1 day I regret ever taken out a policy with them. Overall I can only praise them - keep up the excellent work!
