If you enjoy wasting your time, being treated with zero respect, and leaving with your car in worse condition than you brought it in – congratulations, you’ve found the perfect place. Albarante Autobody clearly prides itself on making clients come back over and over, because fixing things properly the first time would obviously be asking too much. Accountability? Never heard of it. Remorse? Don’t expect any. What you will get is arrogance, excuses, and the kind of ****** attitude that makes you wonder if it’s still the 1950s in Alberton. Honestly, they should put a sign outside that says: “We’re not here to help you, we’re here to test your patience.” Because that’s the only thing they’re good at. Plenty of decent repair centres exist in Joburg – literally anywhere else is a better bet than this circus.
Terrible experience with ticketing. Their website firstly doesn't allow you to make any changes. You need to call their offices that also don't even answer the phone half the time. Then they refuse a refund even though a medical reason is provided for cancelation. They don't want to issue a credit note for the value. I will never ever book with this airline ever again and I recommend refraining from booking with them. Rather spend a bit more on a different airline.
