I really understand how frustrating clients can be, but you very rude you lack customer service even when someone tries to ask questions nicely you become rude is it maybe you weigh customers pockets? Please change your attitude towards clients
We have been without electricity for 5 days now, and despite numerous calls, emails, and service requests, Eskom has shown absolutely no urgency or accountability in resolving the outage in our area. We’ve received vague responses, repeated reference numbers, and empty promises of technicians being "dispatched." Yet no one shows up, no updates are given, and the problem remains unresolved. Families are suffering, businesses are losing income, and basic necessities like food, warmth, and safety are being compromised. This is completely unacceptable.Eskom repeatedly fails to deliver. No communication. No resolution. No respect for the people affected. We are tired of being ignored.
False adverti*****t! How does supervisors and manager does not know anything about their instore specials? had to up around taking pictures to clarify their special for them? and one of their managers had a nerve to say they should just remove it while the special ends on the 29th of September? HOW ? Worse the manager there has an attitude they didn't even want to assist they just said where did I get this picture, and they don't even know this. How do you not know any special happening in your store? Very ******** staff VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF MANGER'S!!!
