Beware!!!
Be careful when supporting this business. I have ordered items from her on the 16 October 2025 and I am writing this review on the 2 March 2026. It has been 4 and a half months and this lady has not given me my order. I asked for a refund, and she just chooses to ignore me. I even had an attorney send her a letter of demand, but she is still ignoring me. If you do not want the trouble of going to court to get back your own money - I suggest finding another supplier. I guess I will see her in court. I am also thinking about going to report her to Health and Safety since she makes her products at home and it is actually ******* to sell it without proper certification.

Beware!!!
Be careful when supporting this business. I have ordered items from her on the 16 October 2025 and I am writing this review on the 2 March 2026. Bad customer service!
I really understand how frustrating clients can be, but you very rude you lack customer service even when someone tries to ask questions nicely you become rude is it maybe you weigh customers pockets? Please change your attitude towards clients

This woman is something else. Very rude in fact, If we don't form part of her many loyal clients what is so hard in just saying Im blocking you and I won't refund you. She had problems as some lady stole her products and we as customers need to understand but when we try to follow up on how long the delivery will take she just blocks you. Someone needs to teach her skills. If your business is growing you hire more people to take care of things you can't. We don't even have tracking numbers to track the order ourselves we have to reply on her. People receive their orders but mine till this day when the payment was made on the 20th of July 2025. She went through the most and we had to understand. She has become very arrogant. Only thing she can do is send a refund and we leave each other alone since she is too busy for this stupid client. Hence people don't support Black business with no structure

Lack of business ethics
Wanted to to enquire about one of her products, so I called on her watsapp business account. She didn't pick up the phone so it was cool cause she's probably busy. GUYS did this woman not send me a rude text from watsapp business account saying "who told you to call?!!" I was like flabbergasted is this how she speaks to potential clients, she's arrogant, a bully, does not even have business ethic and does not respect clients. Never again!!

I saw her on TikTok then I thought let me try her products, whilst supporting black businesses. Since I paid for my order on 27th of April and I haven't received my products. When I WhatsApp her she just blue tick me. I told her to refund me but still nothing. I men I work hard for that money just to get ****med by her. R1 850 it's a lot of money. I saw later on other socials people complain but it was too late as I already made payment. I won't let it slide, I rather trend on some t.v show in order to get my money back.

Mbela Skin Clinic not reliable
I took my energy my time and my money to support this black woman who is establishing her business under mbela skin clinic product of which i made an order on the 24 of August 2024 post my order i did send a message to the supplier in order for her to confirm my order no response to that and prior ordering i did read her TnC of which one of them is the lead time for the order to take place that is 7 to 15 days well and good with that i didnt get any notification regarding that i went back to the supplier regarding the order and i did make a resend of my order but still no communication or some sort and currently I'm feeling ****** and ****med as the lady sees and read my message busy sending other orders besides mine i so undermined by this lady and is not even funny...basically she bullies me as she ignores all my concerns about my stuff i even asked for a refund still no response....so i wish some people to take some precaution when trying to support lady so you may not fall in the same trap as mine because her EGO is stinking like hell.....I started seeing her products on Tick Tock by Mbela Skin Clinic
