Lack of business ethics

Wanted to to enquire about one of her products, so I called on her watsapp business account. She didn't pick up the phone so it was cool cause she's probably busy. GUYS did this woman not send me a rude text from watsapp business account saying "who told you to call?!!" I was like flabbergasted is this how she speaks to potential clients, she's arrogant, a bully, does not even have business ethic and does not respect clients. Never again!!
