Excellent service by Mmeli Ngongo, he went above and beyond to retain me. He didn't makes excuses about my issue but ensured he stayed on the phone until my query was sorted. You are amazing and represent the Netstar brand well....
This woman is something else. Very rude in fact, If we don't form part of her many loyal clients what is so hard in just saying Im blocking you and I won't refund you. She had problems as some lady stole her products and we as customers need to understand but when we try to follow up on how long the delivery will take she just blocks you. Someone needs to teach her skills. If your business is growing you hire more people to take care of things you can't. We don't even have tracking numbers to track the order ourselves we have to reply on her. People receive their orders but mine till this day when the payment was made on the 20th of July 2025. She went through the most and we had to understand. She has become very arrogant. Only thing she can do is send a refund and we leave each other alone since she is too busy for this stupid client. Hence people don't support Black business with no structure
I was helped by some girl named Lerato who made me wait at KFC drive thu with the incorrect order. She was so impatient and I had to go inside which is what I didn't need hence I went through the drive thru. There was a supervisor by the name of Mpho that was so patient and assisted us well. Even after all the chaos Lerato was very rude. Lerato should work in the kitchen and not with customers. Very rude
What a **** service ...they took 2 weeks to get back to me after I followed up on them. Spoke to a consultant by name of Thebisisisa that was very condescending even told him to just stop it as he was not making he situation better. I just needed a refund of R1019 submitted all proof of payments but now I have to run around to get my money. I wonder why so many people cancelled DSTV as it's deemed itself useless. The call this morning was proof of it. That consultant irritated me at 8 in the morning. Please guys cancel DSTV and stick to tiktok, twitter Nd Youtube...more entertaining anyway.
Worse experience at Wimpy @Carnival. We went there for breakfast felt outsted. No communication from the entrance once we were taken to the table,it was not clean and we had to stand there while people gave us a stare. They took a good 5 mins I think to come clean the table but we were gone by the time they decided. Rude staff not sure if it's because of the colour. So decided to go to Mugg and Bean where I know I will be respected. Never again!!!!
Great service from McDonald's's Jabulani Mall in Soweto. Even though it was busy we didn't mind the wait as the specials were explained so we ended up saving. Thank you to Albrick who have great service even when under pressure... Well done
Nothing is worse than FNB ***** department. I have been dealing with a guy by the name of Thank Lebepe. Firstly ***** gave me the incorrect reference number in October so that delayed the whole thing by a month and a half. Now when you send Thabo and email because you can't call him, he takes a week to respond. His communication is poor. All i ask is for communication and feedback. Its like i irritate him or I am bothering him whereas this is my money. All I need is feedback. The fact that these investigators you can only email, sucks.
The Fix Carnival Mall had one person at the till and one was busy with online orders at the front desk. I find that disrespectful as we had to wait long in the line and one person assisting us. I think they need a better system.
I have had no assistance or even feedback from ***** and the recall centre. I have sent email and worse part they don't feel the need to respond or resolve my query. You can only email them and cant call which adds to my frustration.
Makro Carnival is amazing. There is a lady by Amanda Maluleke who is assisting me to get my washing machine fixed which is under warranty. She has been making follow ups to see if Mastercare came through to sort it out. Thank you for your service... It's amazing
