Be aware, this is quite an eloborate ****. They effectively deliver clothes that are worth nothing and make it impossible to return economically. Their defense that raise is that they delivered “the goods” and the website states the policies. See below my verbatim response to my dispute logged. There are many others out there like this company “Hi Emma Yes, I have logged a dispute. This is based on the fact that your company misrepresented that its based in Cape Town, has **** reviews, did not authenticate my payment and supplies really poor quality clothing and makes it impossible to return. I have done extensive research on your company and it’s clear that your strategy is to dupe customers into paying large amounts of money under the guise of discounted “high quality” clothing and then sending really poor quality clothes. This is then compounded by the return process being expensive and complicated. I insist on a full refund and a collection of the clothes at your expense. “ Response “Hello Morne, Thank you for your message and for sharing your concerns. We understand your worries, and we take this very seriously. We would like to provide clarification. We want to emphasize that there is certainly no intention of ****ming or misleading. Our policies, which you accepted during checkout, demonstrate transparency throughout our process, including return costs. These policies are easily accessible on our website and during checkout. They clearly outline how we operate, where our products come from, and where/how they should be returned. We regret that you feel this way, but we do want to stress that as a customer, you are responsible for reading the policies before making a purchase. We are here to answer any further questions or assist you with returns.”
