I ordered Ribs and Wings last night and I received my order, halfway through eating I discovered used bones underneath my ribs (looks like they had been chewed on by someone else) I then went on and reported this received an apology and a fresh set of ribs but I did not consume them in the store and when I tried consuming them they smelt and tasted so burnt this ruined my family and I's experience of the restaurant
