I just can't get over the bad experience that I had at Somerset mall in 2022. I was so depressed, my Dad just passed away and just after that I was ******, so to cheer myself up I decided to go to the mall . I was racially profiled by the security company, I was humiliated in front of people, because escorted their offices like a ******** and my bag was searched. After that there was no apology whatsoever and that left me so traumatized that even today when I go to the mall because I have no other alternatives, I get anxiety and seeing the security guards makes it even worse. I reported the matter and they told me to email to the manager. I emailed to the manager still today I have not received any explanation or answer.
