NuPower Solar no response on aftersales maintenance work request. I think this company might have closed down as i have sent them details of the repairs required on the 2 solar geysers they have installed for me in the past. All information was mailed to them 4 June'25, and resent a number of times to info@nupower.co.za and pierre@nupower.co.za as well as to lynn@nupower.co.za without any response to date. I would like to know if there is another company that is working on their equipment that can assist in the repairs required.
I have been requesting assistance for past 2 weeks, tickets were transferred to me for a James Blunt show on 14 September at the SunBet Arena. The ticket that was transferred as per order no 527609 is still not available on 13 September 2014 at 12pm. I have sent at least 10 emails to support@ticketmaster.co.za, I also asked for help on the website many times. This is not acceptable, there is no phone no for South Africa only the emails that does not resolve the ticket issue.
