This is the worst company that I have dealt with, I have paid for the order and only received a order confirmation, nothing has happened since, I have sent emails to follow up but they are not answered, I have called and call just rings with no answer.
Service received was satisfactory, question answered immediately with no hassles and no wait time
Was in a car accident with one on TWF clients from Alpla who they had helped rent out a car from Europcar car, this happened in November 2023 and Europcar car sent an invoice ti TWF in December, to date that invoice has not been paid and my car not fixed, I have made follow ups which have not produced any substantial feedback... all I'm told is that we will look into it but nothing gets done.
Hanli Strydom from Europcar has been handling my claim, Claim 1473189 from November 2024 it is now 15 January 2025 and no progress has been made she is not providing feedback, I have to be the one who keeps following up and even when I do follow up there is nothing that is being done to get my claim paid out... this service is the worst that I have ever experienced.
The claims process is pathetic, one of Europcar's clients bumped into my car and a claim was logged, I have never heard anything from Europcar, I need to to the one to follow up and call them everyday and every time I call there is no progress I'm told that they will call me back with update or come up with some story, I never receive a call and there is never any progress on the claim

Had a problem with connection, contacted Loyiso and he made sure I was assisted promptly, it was not the first time that he has assisted me...he is my go to guy at metro Fibre
