This is my initial review on the dineplan: We were running late, so I called in to state that. It was not a problem, when I got there I was welcomed by the hostess very friendly sat outside and waited for about two good 10 minutes to be given a menu, which was after about two waiters came in and went without even greeting or asking if I had been helped as yet. Once I got the menu, I had to wait another 10-20 minutes to order drinks. The person I was waiting for had not yet arrived, but I can tell you that the drinks came 20 minutes after the person I was waiting for arrived. The food was not so good, just overpriced. I had salmon, medium to well-done, which was very dry; my date had steak, medium to well-done. The whole table was shaking when they had to cut the meat. The service was very bad for a very expensive restaurant like this. We requested the bill, the waiter said okay, and afterwards he brought the bill for the two white guys in front of us, so I looked at him with a look that said "hello, we asked for the bill," and he was like oh sorry. So, I don't recommend the place, I don't know whether you have to be a certain calibre of some sort or what, but it's a no for me.
It has been two months since my refund has not been put into my account. They keep on telling me that I should wait for 72 hours for my money to reflect on my account.
