The worst service ever received! Rashid and Jeanette do not know how to speak to people. They do not know how to respond to emails and their admin skills suck. They are not your laptop solution, They do not know what they are doing or how to do it.
On July 7th I was auto-assessed and it was determined that I had outstanding returns and outdated information to submit, and my efiling was down. It took me 3 days and over 3 hours a phone call to finally get someone on the phone and was told that customer could not assist and i need to book an appointment, which i did. for A WHOLE MONTH LATER. On the 9th August I finally had my appointment, I followed all the instructions, submitted the needed docs and went through the process of updating my info, it asked multiple times if all was in order and i was assured all was done successfully. I then get another correspondence that the info is still outdated, i then call again and i am told i need to book another appointment as nothing was done. I have made x2 complaints, one was just rejected and no response for the other. I now have to wait another month to get assistance and fear that penalties will form against my name, i get no feedback and or updates just generic correspondence.
