The only way you can get a response out of paycheap is to come and complain on Hellopeter.com. That is why I am here. I would like to return my second incompatible battery that was sent to me and get a full refund. Order number: 23000010867 Please call me to arrange a time for the courier to collect 0845591857. Despite all the messages that I sent telling pay cheap to test the battery for compatibility with my laptop, they assured me that it would work. Their website still lists both batteries as compatible with my specific laptop the lenovo e540. They are not compatible! Despite the sales people assuring me that it would be compatible.
Just buy from them! You wont be disappointed in their product or service!!! They are the best company I have ever dealt with in South Africa. If you run a business, you owe it to yourself to place an order from DeVilliers chocolate and see how your products and service should be! I have placed two fairly large orders through them and both times I received a free slab in the box and a thank you note. The chocolates were delivered in an insulated box with an Icebrick (I order the sugar free ones which have a lower melting point than the others so the icebrick might not always be included) The branding is perfect! They give you the opportunity to write a custom note when you place an order. Everything is just perfect! When I wrote a review on their website they personally contacted me to thank me. Everyone can learn a thing or 2 about branding and service delivery from Devilliers Chocolate! They value their customers and they love their products and it shows in their service!
I ordered a laptop battery from them. The battery was listed as a compatible replacement for my Laptop. They also had my exact battery's model number down indicating that it was a viable replacement for it. I purchased the battery and received it very quickly. However the moment I put the battery in and switched on the laptop I got an error saying that the battery was not compatible and will not charge. I opened a ticket on their website. No response. I whatsapped, No response. I phoned and spoke to someone named Peter who told me to whatsapp and say Attention:Peter in the whatsapps. So I did. Eventually they replied but completely ignored all my messages informing them what the problem was. I explained the problem in as many ways as I could but it seemed that they were just ignoring my questions. They even asked me to come into the store to sort it out. I live in a different part of the country, I ordered online so I couldn't do that. It's like talking to a brick wall with PayCheap. I would not recommend purchasing from them. If they sort out the problem quickly I will happily change my review.
I placed and order from [URL Removed] on 8 February 2016 and I paid immediately. Today is the 24th of February and I still haven't received the order despite receiving an email from their website saying that they had shipped it and the order status being listed as \COMPLETE\" now on their website. <br> <br> About a week after placing the order I got a phone call from Time freight couriers telling me that they have my order and are ready to deliver but no one has paid the fees. I informed them that I ordered it from an online retailer and that the courier fees were paid as quoted by the site. They said they would contact the supplier and get them to pay.<br> <br> A few days later I give time freight a call. Still no payment. This morning I get a call from time freight again still no payment. I have sent numerous emails to supplyitall, and the only responses I get are statements like \"They will deliver tomorrow\" or \"we'll look into it\" or \"We'll get back to you with info\" no one ever explains whats going on and seldom do they get back to me.<br> <br> Unfortunately they just don't seem to be able to run a business properly. I see they have numerous complaints here on HelloPeter. "
