I bought a Vector 3 blade 52 Titanium fan on 27 January 2016 from the online store and now the supplier tell me that the fan is discontinued and then offer me another fan that's now also discontinued ... if so.... Why do they keep selling the same fans online???? My order # 33981 I am still waiting to hear if I can collect then fan.... no answer.. if you phone it's the same story every time.... so I ask for a refund and no answer about that..... I am not very happy!!! this is very BAD client service!!!! quick to take the money.... my name is Maxie van der Westhuizen thank you

I've placed an order for lights, sensors and trunking on 8/2/2016, and paid it in full as well. They told me delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days, but up until today I have not received my order. Everytime I contact them, they give me a new excuse, or they say the shipped the order yesterday, then a few days later then they tell me again that they've shipped the order \yesterday\" again. This is starting to become ridiculous and they are very unproffesional"

I've placed an order for lights, sensors and trunking on 8/2/2016, and paid it in full as well. I placed and order from [URL Removed] on 8 February 2016 and I paid immediately. Today is the 24th of February and I still haven't received the order despite receiving an email from their website saying that they had shipped it and the order status being listed as \COMPLETE\" now on their website. <br> <br> About a week after placing the order I got a phone call from Time freight couriers telling me that they have my order and are ready to deliver but no one has paid the fees. I informed them that I ordered it from an online retailer and that the courier fees were paid as quoted by the site. They said they would contact the supplier and get them to pay.<br> <br> A few days later I give time freight a call. Still no payment. This morning I get a call from time freight again still no payment. I have sent numerous emails to supplyitall, and the only responses I get are statements like \"They will deliver tomorrow\" or \"we'll look into it\" or \"We'll get back to you with info\" no one ever explains whats going on and seldom do they get back to me.<br> <br> Unfortunately they just don't seem to be able to run a business properly. I see they have numerous complaints here on HelloPeter. "

I have ordered and paid for two garage doors at this company in December. Up to today I have not received stock as yet, feedback from the supplier is very poor. This is our hard earned money that is sitting somewhere and it seems that someone does not care. I am in the service industry ,myself and I have never seen this type of service. Appaulling.....

I have ordered and paid for two garage doors at this company in December. Up to today I have not received stock as yet, feedback from the supplier is very poor. This is our hard earned money that is sitting somewhere and it seems that someone does not care. I am in the service industry ,myself and I have never seen this type of service. Appaulling.....

In December, I ordered and payed for two sets of Chandeliers (Plus postage and package; Courier) from these guys and I received an email notifying me that they are out of stock and would only be receiving new stock in the new Year. I replied with an email, stating that if they do not find the same lights from their suppliers, I would like a full refund on my purchase. Since then, I have had difficulty reaching Jacques on his mobile number, email, as well as their business land line. No response whatsoever! What do I do now?

I ordered lights on-line from this supplier on the 2nd of December and paid for it. I received confirmation that my order was processed a day later and that the goods would leave the warehouse in 1-3 days' time - what a joke. It is now the 15th of January and I am still waiting for the goods to be delivered, I sent numerous emails and tried to contact Jacques and Rudi telephonically. Responses received via email and sms can not be trusted as I received such conflicting messages: awaiting stock from the supplier, order was shipped by the supplier but waybill has gone missing and can't trace, order was executed and delivered, order will be delivered by Monday the 18th of January - I don't know whether I will receive the goods or being refunded as requested.<br> <br> <br>

27 October 2015 I purchased 2x 5 meter LED strips (Red and Purple) from Supply It All. <br> Jacques from Supply It All informed me that they didn't have stock of the purple strips and he ordered stock for me. He stated that this Supplier (EuroLux) will be getting stock at the end of November at the latest.<br> He shipped the Red LED strip ahead without charging me extra for shipping and ill give them a thumbs up for that!<br> When I started following up from the 20th of November he started ignoring my emails. 3 emails to him later and still no response. When I called him on 30 November he said he will follow up with and provide and update and also sent this in an email. 10 days, 4 emails and multiple unanswered calls later, I was still waiting for his feedback.<br> 9 December I finally got hold of him on his mobile and he responded to my email stating \Stock still hasn't arrived
