In December, I ordered and payed for two sets of Chandeliers (Plus postage and package; Courier) from these guys and I received an email notifying me that they are out of stock and would only be receiving new stock in the new Year. I replied with an email, stating that if they do not find the same lights from their suppliers, I would like a full refund on my purchase. Since then, I have had difficulty reaching Jacques on his mobile number, email, as well as their business land line. No response whatsoever! What do I do now?
