<p>I need to cancel my contract as im forced by my employer to go to another provider. I have never had a bad experiance with telkom mobile in the past and i would suggest telkom mobile to others.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wen i spoke to the agent she told me to send the the cancelation form back. She never mentioned that we had to send it to the cancelation email. We only found that out when we queried the status. Very Poor!</p> <p>We sent the form to the agent (ChangiN@telkom.co.za) on 16 may. I am willing to forward the email proof.</p> <p>When we queried to call we recieved the refrence 1915992 from the agent.</p> <p>Please contact me to get the issue resolved ASAP, as i cant wait to much longer.</p> <p>My mother (Maude) is the account holder. 27 October 2015 I purchased 2x 5 meter LED strips (Red and Purple) from Supply It All. <br> Jacques from Supply It All informed me that they didn't have stock of the purple strips and he ordered stock for me. He stated that this Supplier (EuroLux) will be getting stock at the end of November at the latest.<br> He shipped the Red LED strip ahead without charging me extra for shipping and ill give them a thumbs up for that!<br> When I started following up from the 20th of November he started ignoring my emails. 3 emails to him later and still no response. When I called him on 30 November he said he will follow up with and provide and update and also sent this in an email. 10 days, 4 emails and multiple unanswered calls later, I was still waiting for his feedback.<br> 9 December I finally got hold of him on his mobile and he responded to my email stating \Stock still hasn't arrived
