Thank you Pro-Beat for Excellent service!
I had an incident (I'd rather not elaborate...) .... Made the claim without any issues - The vehicle was repaired by Pro Beat Autobody in PTA, Silver Lakes, with my insurer Naked following up with the repair shop daily - Both keeping me in the loop with every step! A Whatsapp or SMS where things are in the process, goes miles! Simple but super effective - knowing my vehicle is getting worked on! The car was repaired within 7 days and as good as new. Colour matching is perfect, and their estimated time of repair was spot-on! Very pleased with Naked and their preferred repairer, Pro-Beat Autobody!!! As well as the fact that I DID NOT have to sit on phone call, after phone call, with the insurer or repair shop wasting my precious time. Thank you Pro-Beat ! Will definitely return if I need to ( First-prize is not needing to )

Thank you Naked!
I Joined Naked with my new 2015 Polo TSi a little more than a month ago, for nearly R800 cheaper than OUTsurance per month... With one third of the Excess payable on claiming in comparison. I had an incident (I'd rather not elaborate...) .... Made the claim without any issues - Just had to wait for my Accident Report Number... (thank you SAPS) then a couple of days for the assessor to make a recommendation. All in all, without the SAPS waiting approval for the claim took about a week. The vehicle was repaired by Pro Beat Autobody in PTA, Silver Lakes, with Naked following up with the repair shop daily - Both keeping me in the loop with every step. The car is repaired within 7 days and as good as new. Very pleased with Naked and their preferred repairer as well as the fact that I DID NOT have to sit on phone call, after phone call, with the insurer wasting my precious time.
