Don't expect any service
I've sent multiple emails over the last few weeks and have received zero response. This level of disregard is unacceptable and frankly pathetic for a company that supposedly offers professional services. Cant even provide the basics of communication

Disappointing Delays Despite a Good Repair Job
The venue is very nice, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the quality of the repair itself was good, the overall experience left much to be desired. I was told the parts took two weeks to arrive - something I can understand to a degree, especially with the public holidays in between. That said, only three working days were lost, so the delay still felt excessive. No work was done in the first two weeks until my insurer had to follow up. I was also told the wheel alignment had been done, but it clearly wasn’t—raising concerns about what else might have been missed. I truly appreciate Rian’s help during the process. He was the only one who kept me informed and genuinely tried to assist. Unfortunately, if you're looking for prompt and transparent service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I am delighted that my car was fixed by Probeat. From the moment you walk into their reception, you already feel like you’ve come to the right place. Lenie and the rest of the reception team will welcome you warmly and that on its own leaves you with a good lasting impression. Probeat’s workmanship is simply world class without a doubt. Gavin, Pedro and team, your customer care is world class!!! N4 Autocraft comes nowhere near level, KEEP IT UP!!! I’ll gladly recommend you any day! I don’t get pleased easily, yet with you, not an ounce of effort or dissatisfaction.

I had an incident (I'd rather not elaborate...) .... Made the claim without any issues - The vehicle was repaired by Pro Beat Autobody in PTA, Silver Lakes, with my insurer Naked following up with the repair shop daily - Both keeping me in the loop with every step! A Whatsapp or SMS where things are in the process, goes miles! Simple but super effective - knowing my vehicle is getting worked on! The car was repaired within 7 days and as good as new. Colour matching is perfect, and their estimated time of repair was spot-on! Very pleased with Naked and their preferred repairer, Pro-Beat Autobody!!! As well as the fact that I DID NOT have to sit on phone call, after phone call, with the insurer or repair shop wasting my precious time. Thank you Pro-Beat ! Will definitely return if I need to ( First-prize is not needing to )

The best autobody shop in Pretoria
This was my first experience with an autobody shop and I must say I am totally blown away by their quality of work. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff members and they keep you updated on a daily basis. Their work is perfect and I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Pro-beat Autobody.
