I've sent multiple emails over the last few weeks and have received zero response. This level of disregard is unacceptable and frankly pathetic for a company that supposedly offers professional services. Cant even provide the basics of communication
Slow speeds, constantly without any connection at all. Unreliable, worse service ever. Every day I'm without a connection for at least 10 minutes at least 5 times a day I would not recommend Herotel at all. Worse wifi experience ever
Worst compony when it comes to call backs, feedback, customer care and customer satisfaction. The technicians are very nice but the call centre responsible for activating the wifi is useless. I have already paid for my wifi package but I am stuck with absolutely no internet "wifi connected without internet". Tech support tells me to restart my router. How many time are you suppose to restart something for them to actually realise its not the router. Extremely unhappy if this isn't fixed tommorow I'm finding another provider. Almost 2 weeks since I have requested a relocation. Technicians showing up time and time again and no progress is made
So I switched to prepaid and got evidence and written proof that they would not debit me. They proceeded to debit me. After a month of going back and forth in emails they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and have since ignored my latest email and rep**** with a (have a blessed day) I asked a question and that is the reply. Herotel potchefstroom exhibits extreme ignorance and rude behavior.
Worst speed consistency of any network. With a 100mb/s fibre line zoom is able to pull the network speed down to 4mb/s dowload speed. The network is consistently down for repairs or maintenance. The priceing is to high. The service is worse than telkom. With a 5G wifi router a simple meeting is buffering.
I have been struggling for 3 weeks with the ****ty customer care service Toyota I ame having the worst experience as a customer. I have contacted toyota more than 4 times now all in effort to complete sign up on the My Toyota app Every single time I ame being promised to be contacted and helped but 3 weeks later phone calles every second day and still nothing SHOULD HAVE CHOSEN FORD
